Our warranty policy is simple and straight forward:

Limited warranty coverage for the product from Turbo Exchange Inc, and Turbo Supply Inc. shall be for a period of 12 months of operation. The warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship by Turbo Supply, Inc. This warranty is limited to the turbocharger, cartridge assembly or wastegate regulator only and does not include any parts or components associated with, attached or connected to these turbocharger products. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to downtime, loss of profit or other commercial loss. The product will be considered under warranty providing normal installation, service and maintenance have been provided to the original intent of the product. Product believed to be defective must be returned for analysis to Turbo Exchange, Inc. A copy of the purchase invoice and a brief statement about the believed defect must accompany the product. Turbo Supply, Inc. reserves the right to make final decision of a warrantable failure. Defective product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Turbo Supply, Inc.

NO OTHER WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ANY SUCH ADDITIONAL WARRANTY BEING EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
